Brian K. Flowers, M.D.

Dr. Brian Flowers joined York ENT Associates in April 1995. He has special interests in Snoring and Sleep Apnea, Diseases of the Thyroid and Parathyroid, Diseases of the Nose and Sinuses, Pediatric ENT and Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery. Dr. Flowers graduated from the University of Maryland School of Medicine in 1986 and completed his residency in 1992. He completed a fellowship in Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery in 1993 at Stanford University Medical Center and a fellowship in Allergy and Clinical Immunology in 1988 at the Johns Hopkins Medical School. Dr. Flowers is board certified by the American Board of Otolaryngology and the American Board of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery. He is medical director of Ecuadent, Inc., a charitable organization that provides care to the children of Ecuador.

Garth M. Good, M.D.

Dr. Garth Good joined York ENT Associates in July 2000. He is board certified in Otolaryngology/Head and Neck Surgery and specializes in the treatment of both adult and pediatric ear, nose and throat related disorders. Dr. Good graduated from Temple University School of Medicine with honors and completed a five-year residency training program at Temple University Hospital. His special interests include the surgical correction of hearing loss, endoscopic sinus surgery including sinuplasty, sinonasal allergy, sleep apnea, snoring and disorders of the voice. Dr. Good is a member of the American Academy of Otolaryngology/Head and Neck Surgery, the American Medical Association and the Pennsylvania and York County Medical Societies.

Andrew R. Shorb, M.D.

Dr. Andrew Shorb joined York ENT Associates in July 2006. He is board certified in Otolaryngology/Head and Neck Surgery. He specializes in the medical and surgical treatment of all aspects of adult and pediatric ear, nose and throat disorders. Dr. Shorb completed his residency at the University of Maryland Medical Center. In particular, Dr. Shorb focuses on nasal and sinus surgery, voice and airway disorders, thyroid surgery, ear surgery, and surgical techniques for obstructive sleep apnea. Dr. Shorb graduated magna cum laude from Vanderbilt University prior to attending Penn State University College of Medicine where he graduated as a member of the AOA Medical Honors Society. He is a member of the American Academy of Otolaryngology/Head and Neck Surgery.

B. Emmerich Yoder, M.D.

Dr. B. Emmerich Yoder joined York ENT Associates in July 2008 after practicing for two years at the Veterans Affairs Medical Hospital in Washington D.C. Dr. Yoder received magna cum laude honors from Harvard University. He completed his M.D. at the University of Maryland School of Medicine. He then completed his residency at Georgetown University. Dr. Yoder is board certified in Otolaryngology-Head & Neck Surgery. His practice includes all aspects of pediatric and adult ear, nose, and throat disorders and he has special interests including sinus surgery, endocrine surgery, head & neck oncology, sleep medicine, functional rhinoplasty, and local reconstruction following skin cancer resection. He is certified for sinuplasty and vagal nerve implantation. He is a member of the American Academy of Otolaryngology- Head and Neck Surgery, the PA Medical Society, and the York County Medical Society.

Genevieve A. Andrews, M.D.

Dr. Genevieve Andrews undergraduate education was undertaken at The Pennsylvania State University where, in 1998, she graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Biology. Dr. Andrews then went on to The University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine, taking an additional year during medical school to do basic science research in Head and Neck Cancer Molecular Biology made possible by a Howard Hughes Medical Student Research Fellowship grant. Her post graduate medical training consisted of five years of Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery residency at Temple University School of Medicine, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, followed by a three-year fellowship in Head and Neck Oncologic Surgery – two years of which consisted of a basic science research fellowship in Head and Neck Cancer Molecular Biology – at the University of Texas M.D. Anderson Cancer Center in Houston, Texas. Dr. Andrews joined the faculty of the Division of Otolaryngology at The Pennsylvania State University College of Medicine and Hershey Medical Center in 2011 as an Assistant Professor of Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery where she practiced for 6 years as an academic Otolaryngologist – Head & Neck Surgeon. Dr. Andrews recently transitioned from this academic practice to private practice at York ENT Associates to focus on the clinical care of patients. She treats patients with many different conditions of the head and neck, though her special interests are in the treatment of head and neck tumors (benign and malignant), cutaneous malignancies of the head and neck (such as melanoma, and squamous cell carcinoma), and obstructive salivary gland diseases which can often be treated minimally invasively with sialendoscopic assistance. Dr. Andrews, her husband (Wade Andrews), three children have enjoyed living in the central York area. She is thrilled to have the opportunity to provide excellent Otolaryngologic care close to home at York ENT Associates.

Daniel P. Nadeau, M.D.

Dr. Daniel Nadeau is board certified in Otolaryngology – Head & Neck Surgery and specializes in the treatment of both adult and pediatric ear, nose and throat related disorders. His specific interests include General Adult & Pediatric Otolaryngology, pediatric and adult sleep medicine, snoring procedures, functional nasal surgery, medical and surgical treatment of Sinusitis, minor cosmetic procedures, acid reflux and allergy.

Dr. Nadeau joined York ENT Associates in July of 2020. Prior to joining York ENT Associates, Dr. Nadeau earned his undergraduate Bachelor of Science Degree in Biology at Villanova University, where he graduated Magna Cum Laude and was a Varsity Ice Hockey Player for 4 years. He then earned his medical degree from Jefferson Medical College in Philadelphia, PA. He completed his residency training in Otolaryngology-Head & Neck Surgery at Walter Reed Army Medical Center, Washington, DC & National Naval Medical Center, Bethesda, MD as part of the National Capital Consortium. After completing his training, Dr. Nadeau served 11 years on active duty with the United States Navy. During his time on Active Duty, he had the opportunity to care for patients from diverse cultural backgrounds, most notably while on deployment in Iraq, while on a humanitarian medical mission in Honduras and finally in Guantanamo Bay, Cuba, where he provided ENT Specialty Care at both the US Navy Hospital and Detention Center. He is a member of the American Academy of Otolaryngology- Head and Neck Surgery.

Alisa A. Kauffman, Au.D., CCC/A

Dr. Alisa Kauffman joined York ENT Associates in June 2000 and has over 15 years of clinical experience. She graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Science degree in Speech Pathology and Audiology from West Virginia University in 1993. Dr. Kauffman went on to obtain her Master of Science degree in Speech Pathology and Audiology from the same institution in 1994. In 2013, she obtained her Doctorate in Audiology through A.T. Still University. Dr. Kauffman holds a Certificate of Clinical Competence from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association.

M.Krista Blasetti, Au.D., CCC/A

Dr. Krista Blasetti joined York ENT Associates in June 2010 and has over 7 years of clinical experience. Dr. Blasetti graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business from Arizona State University in 1998 and went on to obtain her Doctorate in Audiology from the same institution in 2007. She holds a Certificate of Clinical Competence from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association.

Kristin A. Hutton, Au.D., CCC/A

Dr. Kristin Hutton joined York ENT Associates May 2011. Her areas of interest include both pediatric and adult audiological evaluations and intervention, as well as providing aural rehabilitation services. Dr. Hutton graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Science degree in Speech Pathology and Audiology from West Virginia University in 2008 and went on to obtain her Doctorate in Audiology from the same institution in 2012. She holds a Certificate of Clinical Competence from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association.

Lindsey M. Shade, Au.D., CCC/A

Dr. Lindsey Shade joined York ENT Associates in September of 2011. She graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Science degree in Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology from Bloomsburg University in 2008 and went on to obtain her Doctorate in Audiology from the same institution. Dr. Shade is a state-licensed Doctor of Audiology and holds a Certificate of Clinical Competence from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association.
